  • Students enrolled in hairstyling, medical aesthetics or advanced aesthetics diploma programs may be eligible, if qualified, for loans, grants, or awards granted under the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
  • Gina’s College is a Ontario Career College and is recognized for the redemption of RESP’s  (with some exceptions)
  • All diploma programs are registered to issue tax receipts [ T2202s] to submit for tax purposes.
Better Jobs Ontario Program

Effective July 13, 2021, the Ontario government has made changes to the Better Jobs Ontario program to better help laid off workers pay for tuition and living expenses if they retrain for new careers. If you were laid off in one of the sectors most impacted by COVID-19 since March 1, 2020, you may benefit from these changes. For a provider in your area call 1-800-387-5056. Better Jobs Ontario provides you with financial help to pay for school tuition, books, living expenses and more. You may be eligible for financial assistance if you have been laid off within the last 12 months or working less than 20 hours a week. Our admission representatives will assist you in determining which option is best suited to your needs.

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)

This program assists eligible candidates with training. To see if you qualify please visit www.wsib.on.ca

Student Bank Loan

All national banks offer students the opportunity to receive a student loan.  Visit your bank to determine if you are eligible. Please let us know and we will provide you with the necessary paperwork.

Registered Education Saving’s Plan (RESP)

The Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) is a long-term savings plan to help people save for a child’s education after high school, including trade schools, CEGEPs, colleges, universities, and apprenticeship programs. The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP)

The Lifelong Learning Plan allows you to withdraw up to $10,000.00 in a calendar year from your RRSPs to finance full-time training or education for you or your spouse or common-law partner.
